SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time : 3-5 business days. If you need your order ASAP, please leave a note on your order at checkout and we will try our best to prioritize yours. 

*** If you are using the Canada Post non-tracked shipping options, give 30 business days from the time your order has been shipped. These methods are the letter mail shipping and we have seen extreme delivery times, in some cases. ***

CANADA

Regional Shipping - $9 - 5+ Business Days - Tracking included in urban areas - Free after $100  - only ships on Monday and Thursdays

Priority Shipping -  $15 - 2+ Business Days - Tracking & Insurance included in urban areas - only ships on Mondays and Thursdays

Purolator - $21.99 - 1-3 business days - daily shipping

Canada Post - Rate based on weight and size pertaining to Canada Post restrictions - Free over $100

No tracking included unless you have selected the Flat Rate Box - $18.49. You consume all risks associated with lettermail shipping.  Shipping times are not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. PROVIDE SUITE # AND PHONE # TO PREVENT ANY DELAYS. 

  2. PO boxes not accepted with tracked shipping - please include physical address if possible.

  3. If the only option available at checkout is Standard, this means your address is not eligible for Regional shipping and will transfer to Canada Post. Canada Post (Standard Post) has size limitations therefore rate will be based on size/weight of the order. Smaller orders will be shipped via letter mail (no tracking).

  4. Where other methods are available, we will prioritize these methods over Canada Post.

PICKUP IS AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL ORDERS - St. John's, NL and surrounding areas. 

Refer to Partners to see if pickup is available in your area. 

UNITED STATES 

Customs and Duty charges may apply. You assume all risks associated with flat rate shipping. 

 

USPS FLAT RATE: $15 -  Free shipping for orders over $85  No tracking or insurance included. 

USPS TRACKED PACKET: $18, insurance up to $100. 

COURIER: $30 - 2 - 4 Business days. Tracked. Insurance included.

INTERNATIONAL

Reach out for shipping price via other methods. 

 

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be amended or canceled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.

 

LOST PACKAGES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.

Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.

If your order includes tracking and the tracking has not been updating in 3-5 days, please contact immediately. 
If you have chosen to select the cheaper option without tracking, as mentioned above, we are not liable for lost packages.
