SHIPPING POLICY
If you are only shipping a small item that can fit in Canada Post lettermail, reach out at orders@herrbeauty.ca to find out how to get free shipping. This includes 1-3 refill packs, adhesives, applicators, lash removal gel, lash comb, lash cleaning brushes, and cleansing puff. Keep in mind, lettermail shipping is no tracking - use at own risk. Canada Post shipping times vary and are unpredictable.

If the only option available at checkout is Canada Post, this means your address is only eligible for shipping via Canada Post.
Canada Post (Standard Post) has size limitations therefore rate will be based on size/weight of the order. Smaller orders will be shipped via letter mail (no tracking).
Where other methods are available, we will prioritize these methods over Canada Post.

USPS FLAT RATE: $15 - Free shipping for orders over $85 No tracking or insurance included.
USPS TRACKED PACKET: $18, insurance up to $100.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be amended or canceled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
LOST PACKAGES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.
If your order includes tracking and the tracking has not been updating in 3-5 days, please contact immediately.
If you have chosen to select the cheaper option without tracking, as mentioned above, we are not liable for lost packages.
